Brother Time #1
My brother Sean and I have a standing bi-weekly hang out that we call "Brother Time".
When I lived nearby in Colorado, we got together in person to play board games, disc golf (when it wasn't snowing), and chat game design. Now that I'm on the other side of the planet, Brother Time happens online.
Way back near the end of 2023 we recorded a podcast together during one of our hang outs, just for fun. We chatted about growing up playing games in the 1980s and how our late father was a huge influence on our shared gaming history.
We titled this podcast Brother Time #1, but we haven't recorded another episode since. Possibly due to my years-long procrastination in publishing this inaugural episode. Sorry Sean!
Despite using a Blue Yeti podcasting mic, the audio quality isn't the best. You'd think I'd be better at this stuff having recorded 250 episodes of Lostcast! A big thanks to Matt Hackett who generously remastered the audio file as best he could.
Have a listen as we discuss the games of our youth and touch on various aspects of game design!
